You have purchased a part from MBZ Specialist and its now defective?
Before replacing a defective part we strongly suggest that you contact us to advise us and see what are the conditions and if we can provide you with further technical information/documentation or other resources that might help you determine the problem and how to fix it.
Note that the warranty is not offered by MBZ Specialist's directly but by the manufacturer's and MBZ Specialist will assist you to process the claim. The warranty claim acceptance is by the manufacturer and not by MBZ Specialist.
We found that in many instances we could help to fix some issues without the need of replacing parts. Some warranty claim's are in fact fixed by installation procedure or troubleshooting procedure. Installing a new part might revel other possible issues or the issue that you try to fix might not be caused by the part you want to return. If you return a part that you claim that is defective an in fact its not, it will be returned to you without any refund by the manufacturer.
Your collaboration in the process is necessary as it is not money wise for you and for us to just replace a part that in fact might still be serviceable or might fail again and we can't arrange to ship a new part without doing a minimal troubleshooting with you. Our extensive experience show that in many instances the problem can be fixed.
