This service is offered on a "Best effort basis". We cannot guarantee the delivery but we do our best to make it happen.

Important note: Saturday delivery is offered on a "best effort" basis. It is not a service that we can guarantee and it requires extra handling at the warehouse meaning that errors are possible. However, if we were not able to code/ship properly your Saturday delivery, we will refund you the price difference for a Next Day AM regular delivery. On average more than 75% of Saturday deliveries are making it on time and we do our best to make it happen and also the reason why we offer this special service.
