How we handle returns / Initiate a Return now

-STEP #1:  Confirm that you can return the product and that you are aware of the restocking fees.

In some instance, low value product might cost more to return than to keep due to shipping cost, please be aware

-STEP #2:  Login to your account

-STEP #3  Once logged in,  click on the Green button "Account - Tracking - Invoice - RMA" or go to the "Account Home" by clicking on the "Your Account" button

-STEP #4:  Click on "Begin the RMA process Here"


Select the order you need to initiate a return.  This will create an return request and you will receive an email copy.


Do not ship before we reply back with the Return Authorization.


-STEP #5:  Within 2 business days we will email you the FedEx RMA bar code if applicable (see note below) or the return address information.


NOTE: We are not able to handle the oversized, heavy items, high value or outside the continental USA items returns with the regular FedEx RMA, please submit the return form and we will respond with proper shipping information and authorization number.

 

-STEP #6: Print the FedEx bar code that we have provided in the RMA return instructions. We are not accepting direct returns shipped with other carrier. It must be shipped with our Fedex Return RMA system unless we have supplied a direct address due to an exception.

 

-STEP #7: You package the box properly with all the original manufacturer/documentation in a NEW condition (for new parts)

 

-STEP #8: Bring the box and the FedEx RMA bar code to one of the selected FedEx return location:

-STEP #9: FedEx / kinkos will label and ship back the box to the appropriate location. They wont charge you any shipping cost up front. We will simply apply the actual cost of FedEx RMA shipping cost on your refunded amount

-STEP #10: As soon we process your return, we will apply your credit and email you the confirmation. 

Typically refund are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving your package. Some exceptions applies like core and warranty claim.


NOTE: We are not able to handle the oversized / heavy high value and outside the continental USA items returns with the regular FedEx RMA, please submit the return form and we will respond with proper shipping information and authorization number.


NOTE: If you can't ship with the provided FedEx RMA. Please contact us as we will need to provide you a special RMA number and a specific return address.  Do not ship before obtaining the proper information as your return might be lost or returned to you.
