The delivery date is based on 3 main factors:
#1 Shipping date:
All orders placed on business days before the cutoff time and that we have been able to verify* are shipped the same day unless exceptional circumstances apply.
The shipping day (carrier pick up day) is not to be counted towards your transit time to evaluate your delivery date. See example below.
#2 Service level selected vs your Zip code:
For most orders you have the choice to select various service levels based on your requirements. Please see the specific shipping level information you have selected for detailed information
#3 Your availability to receive the shipment
Some shipments may require a signature or a safe delivery place and someone might need to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery to sign and/or take possession of your shipment from the carrier. If nobody is there to receive it, typically the carrier will leave a door tag and try again the next day. You can also contact the carrier if you need to make special arrangements such as pick up.

Order day "Tuesday August 3rd" with a service level "3rd day"
Day "0": Tuesday August 3rd
Day "1": Wednesday August 4th
Day "2": Thursday August 5th
Day "3": Friday August 6th -Expected delivery day-
Order day "Thursday August 19th" with a service level "2nd day"
Day "0": Thursday August 19th
Day "1": Friday August 20th
Week end: No transit day
Day "2": Monday August 23th -Expected delivery day-
Note: Week end and holidays are not to be counted as a transit day.
*Most orders ship the same day if placed before the cutoff time, however for some orders we might need to contact you to confirm details. If we are unable to contact you, this might delay your order and it is why we suggest that you make sure you have entered the accurate information upon checkout to minimize the possibility of a shipping delay.
