MBZ Specialist ships orders from Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays and weekends. There is no shipping on the weekend as most carriers do not offer pick-up service on Saturdays or Sundays and weekends are not counted in the transit time. So we decided not to ship on the week end as it was useless in most instances.
However we do have representatives that work on weekends and most holidays to review and/or process your order placed online. They might contact you for additional information, as we do so to avoid disappointment in case of inventory change due to a low stock item and we would not want that to cause any shipping delays.

Why is the order modification / Cancellation cutoff earlier than the actual shipping cutoff?
We have numerous carriers picking up orders every week day afternoon. Most orders are actually picked up no later than 2 hours prior to the shipping cutoff time and for that reason, it is not possible to do any changes nor cancellations to the order. It is a long process and very time consuming to go through the orders when they are in the carrier pick-up area. We need to prioritize that time towards the orders fulfillment.
